Job description

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business partners for Mandap. The role involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their business requirements, explaining Mandap's services, and converting prospects into active partners.

Roles & responsibilities

Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, references and local market activities. · Meet prospective clients and business owners to understand their requirements. · Present and explain Mandap's products and services. · Conduct regular field visits and cold meetings with prospective partners. · Follow up with leads and convert prospects into business partners. · Achieve monthly sales, revenue and onboarding targets. · Maintain strong relationships with existing and newly onboarded partners. · Handle customer objections and resolve basic queries. · Update daily activities, leads and conversions in the CRM. · Track competitor activities and market opportunities. · Ensure timely onboarding and activation of new partners.
