You must provide accurate information, keep login details confidential, and be legally capable of entering into these terms. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

• Keep profile, resume, qualifications, experience, and contact information accurate and current.
• Apply only for legitimate opportunities and avoid misleading, unlawful, or abusive content.
• Independently assess employers and opportunities before sharing additional information or accepting employment.

• Post only genuine, lawful jobs for organisations you are authorised to represent.
• Do not request unlawful fees, discriminatory information, or use candidate data outside legitimate recruitment purposes.
• Do not scrape, export, resell, publish, share, or build external databases from candidate information.
• Comply with employment, privacy, anti-discrimination, and communication laws applicable to your activities.

SRT Jobs may provide complimentary employer credits with validity periods and usage limits. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, may expire, and may be adjusted or withdrawn where misuse is detected. No paid payment facility is currently offered; any future paid service will be governed by the terms displayed at purchase.

SRT Jobs provides technology for job discovery and recruitment. We are not the employer, candidate, staffing agent, or guarantor of any job, interview, salary, candidate, communication, or employment outcome. Users are responsible for verification and final decisions.

• Fraud, impersonation, spam, malware, automated scraping, unauthorised access, or disruption of the service.
• Publishing illegal, deceptive, infringing, discriminatory, or harmful material.
• Circumventing contact locks, credits, access controls, rate limits, or security measures.

We may review, reject, pause, remove, or restrict accounts, jobs, profiles, or content that violates these terms, threatens users, creates legal risk, or harms service quality. Serious misuse may result in permanent suspension and appropriate legal action.

SRT Jobs branding, software, design, and platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Users retain responsibility for content they submit and grant us the permissions reasonably needed to host and display it. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or employment outcomes, and liability is limited to direct loss legally attributable to us.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction over the operator's registered place of business will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer law. We may update these terms and will publish the revised date on this page.
