Complimentary credits are promotional access, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed, and are not eligible for a refund. Unused credits may expire according to the validity shown in the employer account.

Users may request account closure through our Contact Us page. Closure does not automatically remove information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

If paid plans or credit purchases are introduced, the applicable price, validity, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility will be displayed before purchase. This page will be updated before online payments are enabled.

SRT Jobs does not currently process payments. If you encounter a person or website claiming to collect payment on our behalf, do not pay and report it through our Contact Us page.
