Job Title: Full Stack Developer / Full Stack Engineer
📋 Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will take absolute ownership of software products from conceptualization and design through deployment and maintenance. You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, back-end engineers, and product managers to build scalable, responsive, and secure web applications that delight users and meet rigorous technical standards.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
• Front-End Development: Design and implement highly responsive user interfaces (UIs) using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks. Ensure cross-platform and mobile optimization.
• Back-End Development: Architect and build robust, scalable server-side applications, application logic, and systems integration layers.
• Database Management: Structure, optimize, and maintain relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases for secure and efficient data retrieval.
• API Design: Create, document, and integrate secure RESTful or GraphQL APIs to facilitate smooth communication between front-end and back-end layers.
• DevOps & Deployment: Oversee cloud-first software deployment, establish CI/CD pipelines, and manage version control infrastructure.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Participate in sprint testing, handle automated testing protocols, write clean code, and quickly debug or fix system defects.
• Agile Collaboration: Actively contribute to sprint planning, code reviews, technical documentation, and retrospectives within an Agile framework.
